Cancellations and rescheduling requests within 24 hours of the appointment time will be subject to a 100% charge of the full service booked. This fee will need to be paid before the appointment can be rescheduled. If you are late, I will do what I can to accommodate, but you will be charged for the full service booked regardless of what time allows. If you are sick, stay home and rest. Should you come in sick, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be subject to the cancellation fee. No shows will be charged the full amount of service(s) booked and may be banned from future appointments.
